Brand Creative’s Elegant Interior Design for Rossano Ferretti Abu Dhabi

The latest project in the Brand Creative portfolio is the Abu Dhabi branch of the distinguished Rossano Ferretti salon, which opened in early 2018. The new ‘Hairspa’ is the second branch in the UAE, and the latest of over 20 salons worldwide. Each one is designed to reflect a look & feel that is consistent with the sophisticated image of the prestigious Italian brand whilst also reflecting the aesthetic of the location.   Rossano Ferretti interiors are renowned for a chic, monochromatic approach that is aligned with the premium brand identity. The interior designers at Brand Creative approached the concept for Abu Dhabi by introducing areas of high contrast, combining classic black marquina & white volakas marble with complimenting finishes such as black slate, illuminated stone and chrome. Each feature was selected to contribute to the dramatic ambience, layering multiple textures of black and white throughout.   The villa location was previously a residential building that required extensive renovation to transform the space into a fully operational salon, inside and out. For the façade, we proposed a design that would transform the exterior from traditional stonework, to a bold & modern appearance with smooth wood and prominent copper elements. Inside the space, materials were specified that would provide a luxe finish, staying true to the signature visual identity whilst remaining sensitive to salon-specific operational and practicality requirements. Marbles were coated with finishes for anti-slip qualities and impenetrable working surfaces, whilst woods were lacquered with “diamond top coats” to create non-marking, easy-wipe areas.   Rossano Ferretti Abu Dhabi has quickly gained recognition since opening, living up to the international reputation of the brand and earning a loyal local customer base.
